Excellent accommodation with clean, comfortable facilities. I had a wonderful stay at Studio @ 12. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The hosts were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Studio @ 12 and would gladly stay here again.

Ons het baie lekker gebly, Joy het ons baie mooi ontvang. Ons het baie lekker gekuier. Dankie!

Absolutely amazing! Ons het so lekker gebly! So akkommoderend, Joy het uit hul pad gegaan om ons tyd so gemaklik en lekker as moontlik te maak! Sal definitief weer boek as ons Kaap toe kom .

Pleasant and very comfortable. The hostess communicated very well. The studio apartment is very spacious, very clean and everything we needed was provided for. Extra bottled water was available, milk and cold drink in the fridge, as well as rusks and chocolate.

Rustig. Ons het baie lekker gebly.

Very comfortable, clean and the hosts gave us extras which was a nice surprise. Our stay was wonderful, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again. Very centrally located for Cape Town to West Coast, Stellenbosch and Strand, all the places we needed to visit.

Spacious, convenient and luxurious comfort. A very warm and friendly welcome by Joy and her husband. The went out of their way to provide a safe space for my extra high work vehicle. The apartment is super safe and private. A comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood made for a good night's rest. Lots of extra with water, milk, chocolate and cooldrink in the fridge as well as some rusks as a snack with coffee or tea. Their is absolutely everything that one needs and more!

Inviting, indulgent, and beautifully refined. Studio @ 12 felt like home, with every detail beautifully finished and thoughtfully curated. The warmth and comfort were perfectly balanced with a touch of refined elegance. Definitely recommend.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The bed and linen were super comfortable. I was there during a Cape Town heatwave and the air conditioning was a huge added bonus. Safe parking for my vehicle. There was even some salt and pepper which I didn't think of.

Fantastic! Beautiful private studio, spacious and comfortable.
