It was private and comfortable with secure parking. I thank you for the upgrades to studio 3, which was a pleasant surprise. It was perfect for me, very private and had everything I needed for my stay. The location is very convenient. A short walk to restaurants and the beach. I also had secure parking close by. I had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Uitspattig lekker en gemaklik. Ek sal enige iemand aanbeveel om by hulle aan te klop. Hulle is die mees behulpsame en vriendelikste onder die son. Ek het baie gerus gevoel en was op hulle hande gedra.

Unprofessional. I never stayed at the place. I arrived from Johannesburg at 21:00 and had an emergency at the hospital. The owner couldn’t leave the keys or wait for us to arrive. When I got to the place, they never answered the calls — I had nowhere else to go and had to sleep in my car for the night. The next day, the owner gave me a key to an apartment that I didn’t even book. She then decided that I must leave and said she would refund my money, which I agreed to. When I left, the website informed me that the owner would only refund me for 5 nights and not my full 6 nights, even though I slept in my car the first night. There’s no security on site, even after hours, so if there’s an emergency you won’t be able to communicate with anyone.

Jeremy. To defend myself. You never communicated and were out for the evening and tried to contact me at 23:00 for the first time after I did tell you our check-in time closes at 21:00. The security was so good that you could not enter the property; therefore, you ended up sleeping in your car. Maybe some common manners could have avoided both of us being put into such a situation.

Veilige en kommerlose verblyf. Ons was ontvang met ope arms. Alles was soos adverteer is alle dieste beskikbaar pragtige kamers en maklik geleë, parkering beskikbaar en perfekte atmosfeer.

Clean, friendly, close to beach and shops. Friendly staff. Very relaxing and quiet in the centre hub of Blouberg within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and beaches.
