Peaceful and serene.

The house was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was clean and fresh, not something you would expect from a wooden cabin; there was no musty smell. The beds were really comfortable, and we had a really peaceful sleep. The only thing I would suggest is including a heater in the house, as it tends to get really cold in Port Alfred. I would also suggest providing a five-litre clean drinking water, as we know that the Eastern Cape is a water-scarce area. However, we traveled from Durban and arrived late, so the neighbouring shops were closed. These are just small suggestions to think about. Otherwise, everything else was exceptional.

A very homey cabin with all necessary amenities.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach cabin and we will definitely recommend it to a friend. Although the cabin didn't come with a TV or WiFi as stated, we still very much enjoyed our time there. The floors were quite dusty/dirty, first-floor bathroom didn't have a key to lock the door, and the kitchen corner closest to the door did smell like drain, but these are small things that can be fixed easily.

Was 'n mooi huisie en goed toegerus.

Die ligging was ook baie sentraal. Strande is pragtig skoon.

Baie gerieflik, skoon en netjies.

Die uitsig oor die see is asemrowend. Die plek was maklik bekombaar en geen moeite nie. Sal dit enige tyd vir iemand aanbeveel.

It was great, we had a wonderful time and we are coming back for sure.

The only thing I would like to advise is a use of generator when there is load shedding. There was no Wi-Fi as per promised.

Hi Unathi, thank you for the review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not included in your stay, this is stipulated on the booking site and was never promised. With regards to load shedding, unfortunately, a reality in South Africa. We have load shedding lights and did let you know in advance the time to expect load shedding during your stay. Beautiful, cosy and comfy.

The cabin is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The place is so clean and inviting. We will definitely be back next time.

Nie waarde vir geld nie.

Daar is geen TV nie. Geen daaglikse skoonmaakdiens nie. Geen warm water in die kombuis nie. Baie styl trappe, gevaarlik.

Hi Johan, I'm so sorry that you felt you didn't have a good stay. I communicated with you prior to and throughout check-in of the accommodation so am puzzled by the unsatisfactory level of customer service. Should I have been made aware of the hot water I would have sorted it out immediately for you. Unfortunately, the property is not advertised with a TV or cleaning service, and therefore it is not included. All the very best. Robyn

Marvelous.

Perfect for a small group or family. Very comfortable and the cabin was very very neat. The only thing short was Wi-Fi.
