Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Use the premises for residential purposes only.
Keep the premises clean, habitable and tidy.
Refrain from making any alterations or additions to the premises, or any part
thereof.
Refrain from doing or allowing anything that could damage the premises,
or any part thereof.
Refrain from causing any noise or nuisance that would in any way disturb
the quiet and peaceful occupation of the neighbours.
Please note that all our properties are located in residential areas. By local laws, loud music or noise after 22:00 is strictly prohibited.
Should guests cause a disturbance, the property reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately, regardless of the length of stay or whether the booking has been fully paid. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
This is a non-smoking property. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the premises.
Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use please do not discard cigarette butts in the garden.
If smoking occurs indoors, your breakage deposit will be used to cover the cost of professional cleaning services required to eliminate smoke odours from furniture and air.
If there is not enough time to properly clean the space before the arrival of the next guest, you will also be charged for any guest refunds issued due to discomfort.
Late Check-Out Penalty
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to check out by this time without prior written approval from Phoenix Voyage Rentals may incur a deduction of R500 per hour from their deposit.
This deduction helps cover operational costs and potential disruptions to incoming guests.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000.00 is required. The exact amount and payment instructions will be provided during the booking process or before check-in.
The deposit is held to cover the cost of any damage, theft, or missing items, as well as the loss of keys or remote controls during your stay.
