Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The water and electricity infrastructure in the village is sometimes under pressure, so guests should please use it sparingly and bring a flashlight or 2.
Please note that sections of the apartment are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
A cleaner comes once per 7-day week to deep clean and swap linen if necessary.
An additional cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
Only guide dogs are allowed.
For information regarding activities and conservation projects in the area, guests can drop by the Nature's Valley Trust and the taxpayers' office on the ground floor. They also offer wonderful educational activities in and around Nature's Valley for all ages during the Christmas and Easter school holidays.
The breakage fee is refundable within 5 working days if the apartment is left in the same condition without any loss, very dirty, polluted by smoke, or breakage. Kindly be advised that the breakage fee is determined by the number of nights the guests stay. This property is private and the right of access is reserved.
