One secure, dedicated parking space is provided on the premises.

Additional parking may be arranged at the clubhouse, subject to availability.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa.

No unauthorized guests are permitted on the premises.

Private access to the entire unit is provided, no amenities or areas are shared with the host

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.

A maximum of 2 guests are permitted to stay in the villa, this includes children of any age.

No unauthorized guests are allowed to sleep on the couch.

One secure parking bay is available for the villa.

Additional visitors may not park on neighbouring pavements or driveways. Extra vehicles can be parked at the clubhouse.

No parties are allowed in the villa, quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.

Speed limits within the estate are strictly enforced. Any speed over 30 km/h will result in a fine.
