Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No parties or events.
No pets allowed.
No smoking indoors (smoking is permitted outside only). Please do not feed the baboons and keep windows/doors closed when unattended.
Respect the quiet nature of the estate — keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Above all, we invite you to truly inhabit this space. Open the doors to the fynbos, breathe in the Atlantic air, and let the house work for you. Whether you are here to create, to play, or to rest, our most important rule is that you find your own rhythm and enjoy every moment of your stay.
Upon booking confirmation, we will require names and IDs of all guests that will be staying in the property. A form will be sent to you via a link. The form is private and your information is not shared with any outside parties.
Electricity Use Electricity up to ZAR 2,000 is included. Extra usage will be billed separately. Average monthly use is around ZAR 1,000, so it’s unlikely you’ll exceed this with normal use.
A friendly host will meet you at the property at your agreed arrival time to welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions you might have.
You’ll be given all keys, access codes, and helpful info to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
Just a quick note — we don’t have someone based at the property full-time, so it’s important to stick to the agreed check-in time as best as possible. If your plans change, no stress — just keep us updated so we can adjust.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time, and give us a heads-up 30–45 minutes before you arrive so we can be ready to welcome you.
Standard check-ins are available until 7:00 PM.
Check-ins between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM carry a late check-in fee.
