Gerieflike veilige blyplek om die Kaap en Boland te verken, sonder stadsverkeer. Heerlik gebly, warm genoeg geslaap selfs in Julie, alles wat 'n mens nodig het, maklike toegang tot die hoofpad, met 'n winkelsentrum en wegneemetes net enkele km ver, langs dieselfde hoofpad. Die enigste rede vir die 4/5 vir netheid is dat iemand voor ons die kombuiswerkoppervlakke beskadig het, waarskynlik deur 'n warm voorwerp daarop neer te sit.
