Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Use of the Property
The house must be treated as if it were the guest’s own.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
No unregistered guests may enter the property without permission.
The maximum number of guests (6) must be adhered to at all times.
Noise & Neighbours
Quiet hours are typically between 22:00 and 08:00.
No loud music or noise that may disturb neighbours is permitted.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed unless arranged in advance.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
The house must be left neat and tidy as it was found.
Dishes must be washed before departure.
All rubbish must be removed and placed in the garage.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Use of Facilities
The braai, swimming pool, and appliances must be used responsibly.
Furniture may not be moved.
Lights and appliances must be switched off when leaving the property.
The washing machine has a maximum capacity of 8 kg and must not be overloaded.
Parking & Security
Gates and doors must be kept closed at all times for safety.
