The rubbish in the Leesbeeck River is disgusting and the vagrants living at the big intersection circle in Wynberg is a very unhappy site. The traffic has also become worse. I would recommend that you plan your route to get anywhere on time. Add 15 minutes on to avoid being late. I lived in the city for 20 years so I know what I am talking about."
