"Cape Town has always been the flagship city to visit. But sadly it is looking a bit worn and weathered. The litter is increasing and not being cleaned. The rubbish in the Leesbeeck River is disgusting and the vagrants living at the big intersection circle in Wynberg is a very unhappy site. The traffic has also become worse. I would recommend that you plan your route to get anywhere on time. Add 15 minutes on to avoid being late. I lived in the city for 20 years so I know what I am talking about."
