There is also a butchery we never miss, stocking up on delicious sausage and other meat products. A huge nursery just outside Hopefield is worth a visit too. Paternoster and Langebaan are not far away if one wants to lunch or dine further afield."

Ongelukkig is die bedelaars op straat baie oorweldigend en laat dit mens somtyds onveilig voel. Ons gevoel is dat meer gedoen moet word om bedelary op spesifieke punte beter te beheer, en sal dit ook help as die gemeenskap dalk meer kan doen om die probleem te help verlig. Indien dit nie verbeter nie, is ek bevrees die dorp sal later daaronder lei met toeriste wat Lambertsbaai sal begin vermy, veral buite seisoentye."
