Don't waste your money here. Arrived at this property at 12:34 as they sent me the code for the key box, check-in was at 15:00. I knocked on the door, but no one answered so I went in to find it had been checked out. The property was still in a dirty state but I left it as it was, not check-in. I informed the host at 14:31 to please make sure the property was cleaned which they reacted to with a “thumbs up” emoji. I arrived back at the property at 17:53─ 3 hours and 53 minutes after check-in and it was still not cleaned. Rubbish in the dining area, the fridge was still full of items, packets of chips and crumbs everywhere, broken fingernails, the bed and couch had been used, stains on bathroom towels, no toilet paper, bathroom mirror dirty. The safe did not work and the aircon leaked water from the moment it was switched on. The list goes on and on and on. This is unacceptable to arrive at a property in this state. I contacted the property management─ later known as guest relations. I expressed my frustrations and sent him all the photos and videos for him to say that he is trying to "organise cleaners" and it is either I wait for them or cancel. I phoned you and all you can do is apologise for the inconvenience but I need to force you to come up with a better solution. Now the issue is what if I arrived at the property at 22:00, where are the cleaners going to come then? Would we have to sleep in the filth? Both you and the property manager did not seem to understand that. It also seemed we had a generic key for the apartment as everyone opened up the main doors with the same key we used for our apartment. Extremely disappointed in this booking.
