House Rules

The property is home to a friendly dog named Bindi, a cross between a Boxer and a Boerboel.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
There are no self-catering facilities available.
Several restaurants in town can be recommended.
A full English breakfast is available at an additional cost per person and is not included in the room rates.
Breakfast is available at an extra charge per head and should be booked in advance. Please advise if you wish to make use of this facility.
A cleaning charge is levied for extra cleaning services to cover additional laundry, cleaning of the room, or any untoward mess requiring extra sanitising.
Sanitiser is provided and should not be removed. If removed, a replacement fee will be charged.
An extra person charge applies to the three-sleeper rooms.
This is not a party house.
No persons other than booked guests are allowed on the premises after 18:00.
Quiet time from 21:00 to 07:00 is strictly enforced and observed.
