Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the house and on the property.
The holiday home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and is intended solely for relaxation.
The property is for holiday use and the enjoyment of the sea and nature. Large groups, parties, or events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, baby showers, or any noisy gatherings are not permitted.
A maximum of 6 guests per stay is allowed.
Guests are kindly requested not to eat or drink in the bedrooms.
The primary guest will be responsible for any breakages or losses of any kind during the booking period. Any damage to the property must be paid for immediately, regardless of whether it is minor or significant.
For stays of 5 nights or longer, an additional cleaning fee may be charged for linen changes and general cleaning.
