In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

• Cleaning Fee of R1,500.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No more than 10 guests to sleep in the house.
The lessee is not to disturb/be a nuisance to other properties in the area.
The rules of the HOA (Home Owners Association) must be adhered to.
No staff of the Lessee shall sleep on the premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, if you smoke please smoke outside.
No pets are allowed without the Lessor's written permission.
Please ensure wooden floors are kept dry at all cost.
No wet feet or beach sand allowed inside house so please make sure to dry yourself after swimming
The property is not to be used as a venue for functions or parties without the Lessor's written permission.
No overnight sleeping on the lounge suites or their pillows is allowed
Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
There are 3 kayaks for your use at no extra cost.

Extras:
The cleaning fee includes for a pre- and post-stay clean of the house and linen. If additional cleaning is required, for example mess from food and beverage spills and/or stains on floor and furniture, suntan lotion stains on furniture, etc. this cleaning will be claimed as an extra.
In order to maintain the high standard of cleanliness of the house it is our policy that it must be serviced by our housekeeper at an additional fee per day.
A housekeeper will work from 08:00 to 15:00 Monday to Saturday.
Sundays and public holidays are the same rates but she works until 13:00.
Our housekeepers are not permitted to iron clothing.
Please pay the housekeeper directly.
There is an additional charge per hour for the tumble dryer.
Gas for the fireplace is available at an extra cost.
Please order the gas before your stay.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost p/day and runs for 24 hours a day.
This is only available from 1 November until 30 April
