Late check-ins or check-outs may incur an additional fee if not arranged in advance. During peak season, check-out times are strictly enforced to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

No pets or other animals are permitted on the premises.
Guests must not move or rearrange any furniture outside the property.
Fires may only be lit in designated areas. Betty’s Bay is prone to wildfires, so never leave fires unattended and avoid starting fires during strong winds.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The property is in a residential area within a Biosphere Reserve. Loud music or disturbances will be reported to local authorities.
Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving the house unattended.
To prevent blockages, do not dispose of food waste, cooking fats, hazardous liquids, wet wipes, diapers, or feminine hygiene products down the drains or toilets. The property uses a septic tank system.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Any accidental breakages or damage must be reported immediately.
A compulsory cleaning fee is charged for the final professional clean at checkout. Additional cleaning, mid-stay linen changes, or housekeeping services can be arranged through Overstrand Accommodations at the current rate. Guests should notify us in advance to schedule these services.
