Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival via EFT directly to the hosts. This will be refunded within 3 working days after check-out and if all is well after inspection.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or complex.
A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost and needs to be arranged beforehand with the hosts.
