Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Large events or parties are not permitted.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 23:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited at all times.
Towels, hairdryers, and other provided amenities must remain on the property.
Any breakages during the stay must be reported.
Guests must secure the unit by closing all windows and sliding doors and properly locking the front door.
All air-conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the property.
