Unfortunately, we do not allow big events or big parties.
Please keep noise levels down after 11 pm.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the house at any time.
Towels, hairdryers and other amenities are provided. Please do not remove any of these items from the property.
If there are any breakages during your stay please inform us.
Please ensure you have locked up the unit. This includes closing windows and sliding doors and locking the front door properly.
Check all A/C units are turned off when you head out.
