Description
This Outside room with own private entrance is furnished with 2 single beds, and can accomodate 2 guests. The kitchenette is equiped with a tea and coffee station , bar fridge, kettle, microwave, cutlery, and crockery..The entrance only has one small step , there are no other stairs in this unit. There is an outside patio for guests to enjoy. The unit is very safe and secure in a boomed off area, there is 24/7 security with cameras and patrols. The unit is cleaned daily and has shade port parking outside the unit which is suitable for a small vehicle. Complementary wifi is included.

No overnight guests are allowed without the knowledge and acceptance of the owners, exceeding sleeping capacity is considered to be grounds for immediate eviction and guests will forfeit all monies paid.
Guests are individually and separately responsible for any damage to the unit.
Request for an early check-in and/or check-out is always subject to availability.
An indemnity form will be sent after the booking has been confirmed, which needs to be completed and sent back.
No hooting/shouting in the street at any time.
The main room is accessed via stairs and might not be suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Please be advised that the owner and their dog - Daple Dutch dog reside on the premises and will be on hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice.
Guests and members of their party may not bring in, use or allow to be brought in any illegal substances, firearms or such items that may be deemed dangerous to persons or property.
The owner of the premises cannot be held liable for any damage and/or injuries to guests and/or their guests or their personal property as a result of guests' actions, behaviour, or irresponsibility.
I do understand if Pretoria have a heatwave that the aircon is a necessity but please do not use the aircon if not necesssary, it will be highly appreciated

Description
The Golden room has a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, fan, Open view TV, fridge-freezer (bar fridge) kettle, tea and coffee station. Both rooms (Golden room and Steelbed room) share 2 bathrooms, In safe haven with Golden room, please note not en-suite bathrooms . One bathroom have a basin/shower and second bathroom have basin/bath toilet. If not a family /friends that stay together then please note that the shower bathroom will be allocated to a male guest. The Male guests will be requested to use the guest toilet and all the female guests will use the bathroom with the bath. Please make sure about this arrangement Outside is a pajama lounge to relax. Golden room is situated in a safe haven. In the Lounge is full DSTV Downstairs is a swimming pool and patio with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy through the day or evening, and also a place to eat and braai in the tranquillity of the garden.

The Steelbed room has a double bed. Fan, Fridge, kettle, microwave as well as a tea and coffee station. . Both rooms (Golden room as well as the Steelbed room) share 2 bathrooms one with a bath and the other bathroom with a shower. Outside is a pajama lounge area to relax. The steelbed room is in a safe haven area with the Golden room and both these rooms is ideal for 4 people that would like to stay together. In safe haven with Golden room, 2 bathrooms also in the safe haven, please note not en-suite. One bathroom have a basin/shower and second bathroom have basin/bath toilet. If not a family / friends that stay together then please note that the shower bathroom will be allocated to male guests. The Male guests will be requested to use the guest toilet and all the female guests will use the bathroom with the bath. Please make sure about this arrangement In the Lounge is full DSTV.
