Non-smoking unit. No smoking allowed at all, not in the unit nor on the patio. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars, e-cigarettes or vaping allowed.
Guests need to abide fully to the complex body corporate rules.
No parties or loud noise, no rowdy guests. Any excessive noise will not be tolerated, and guests may be required to vacate immediately if there are noise issues. Quiet hours 22:00 to 07:00.
