Beautiful area, comfortable cottage, off grid but solar, gas more than adequate.

Remote, so go well prepared, and very tranquil.

If you like the peace and tranquillity of a Karoo nature reserve, then Bergplaas is the place to stay.

The hospitality of the Masperos, the lovely cottage we stayed in and the tranquillity of the reserve with its diversity of fauna and Karoo flora were a unbelievable experience. If one really wants to experience the beauty of the Karoo, this is the place to stay.
