Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are permitted on the property by prior arrangement only. A maximum of 2 small, well-trained dogs is allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Smoking is not allowed indoors to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. This includes vaping or hubby-bubbly, etc.
Access to the accommodation is via stairs, which may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility difficulties.
Do not rearrange or move any furniture outside.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 - 8am to maintain a peaceful environment. We are in a residential area within a Biosphere, and any loud music or disturbance will be reported to the authorities. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted on the property.
Late check-ins or check-outs may incur an additional fee if not arranged in advance. During peak season, check-out time is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.
Only light fires in the designated areas. Be aware that Betty's Bay is prone to wildfires. Never leave fires unattended, and avoid lighting fires during strong winds.
