House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all guests—both local and international—must be registered before arrival. Guest verification is required to confirm your booking, and guests must provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used strictly for security clearance purposes and will remain confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in, with the amount determined at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy to ensure responsible consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, an additional charge may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 21:00 and will be payable in cash directly to the host upon arrival. A convenience fee may also apply and will be communicated before booking confirmation.
