Hi Andre We do apologise for the inconvenience with the check-in. We will make sure to explain better for guests when they come into the office to collect the keys. Usually, the owners welcome the guests at the house, but since they were away, we helped manage the property and unfortunately cannot go with each guest to the different properties. Please know that plans will be made to remove the stains on the carpet. We will take care to improve where we can to make each stay a good one.
