It is unfortunate that you did not go on the game drive that we arranged for you, as you would have had a very different view of Buffaloland.
We did supply information on activities in our area as we are a game farm and not a resort with different activities.
As for the pool being dirty, we will look into that as it was clean in the morning.
Sorry, you did not enjoy your stay at Buffaloland. We will strive to be better in the future.
