Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Access to the property will be granted at the discretion of management and only upon presentation of valid and matching proof of identity or passport by the person making the booking.
Smoking is only permitted in the garden area. Cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and discarded in the designated bins.
Only paying guests included in the booking are permitted on the premises.
All payments must be cleared in the account prior to arrival. Cash payments are not accepted.
Major disturbances, aggressive behaviour, intoxication, or non-compliance with prescribed medication will not be tolerated. The police may be contacted to remove unruly guests.
Pets are not allowed.
All vehicles must be driven by individuals with a valid driver’s licence and insurance with minimum third-party liability.
Loud music, shouting, abusive language, or fighting is prohibited at all times.
Guests are responsible for returning the property in the same condition as it was received. Any damages or breakages will be addressed through the security deposit.
Requests for additional services must be made via the designated contact person only and not directly with staff members.
Power and water outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Outdoor furniture must be returned indoors each evening.
No property belonging to Casa Bella may be removed from the premises.
Guests must vacate the premises by the prescribed check-out time. Keys and access remotes must be returned to the designated contact person on departure.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 17:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
Guests are requested to wear respectable clothing in the garden and surrounding areas.
