Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Disclaimer: Checking into Casa Bella is done at own risk, we shall not be held liable for any injury, damages or inconvenience incurred. This includes, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, accidents. Or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your stay. It is strongly recommended that you and your companions are advised to exercise and take necessary precautions during your stay with us.
- Smoking in the property is strictly forbidden, besides in the garden area and cigarette buts are to be completely put out and discarded in bins.
- Only accepted, paying Guests are permitted to stay on the property, also fined at R500 per person per night for non adherence.
- We do not accept cash and any monies due need to be cleared in our account before that service/ access is rendered.
- Major disturbances and any unacceptable misbehaviours, drunk, aggressive, persons not taking prescribed medicine for conditions will not be tolerated and the police will be requested to forcible remove unruly Guests, prematurely at no refund.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Vehicles – Drivers must have valid and proof of Drivers Licenses and Insurance (minimum 3rd Party Liability).
- No loud music, noise or shouting, abusive language or fighting at any time.
- The responsibility remains with the Guest to return the property in the same manner as it was received.

- Where there are breakages, they will be taken off the deposit.
- If you require additional services, they are to be requested via our designated person. Not our staff members directly.
- We may at times, due to reasons beyond our control have power and/ or water outages.
- Furniture taken outdoors must be returned to the inside in the evenings.
- No property, belonging to the house is to leave the premises.
- Guests need to leave the premises by the prescribed dates and times.
- Keys and access remotes are to be left with the designated person on departure.
- Check in time – 15h00-17h00. Check out by 10h00.
- Respectable clothing to be worn in garden and local areas.
