Description
Clifton Beachfront Duo forms part of the YOLO Spaces Collection and is located near the promenade in a sheltered, wind-free pocket in the heart of Clifton, one of the most vibrant areas of Cape Town. The property is less than a 2-minute walk from the famous Clifton Beaches, about a 5-minute drive from nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife, 10 to 15 minutes from the city centre, and approximately 25 to 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
This duo apartment accommodates 10 guests and comprises Clifton Beachfront Magic, a beautifully presented, air-conditioned, 3-bedroom self-catering apartment offering comfort and uninterrupted natural views. Next door is Clifton Beachfront Dream, an ultra-modern and spacious 2-bedroom luxury apartment where classic architecture blends with contemporary design. The main bedrooms and lounge areas open through glass fold-away doors onto a balcony with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range.
The 2 apartments have separate entrances on opposite sides of the building, but once inside, they are positioned next to each other and are connected via the balcony. 4 of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fifth has a queen-size bed. There are 4 bathrooms with either a bath and shower, or a shower only.
Each apartment has its own kitchen area equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating. Uncapped, fast and secure fibre Wi-Fi is provided, together with a full satellite TV channel selection.
Guests have access to shared facilities that include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, sundeck and barbecue area. A modern, silent generator ensures full functionality during load-shedding and power outages. One parking bay is available on request at least 48 hours before arrival and is subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions.
