Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties, loud music, or day visitors are allowed.
Maximum guests: Coral Dreams – 2 guests; Sea-side Spa – 4 guests. No extra blow-up mattresses allowed.
Pets: Coral Dreams allows up to 2 small dogs; Sea-side Spa welcomes all dog breeds. Dogs must be healthy, not left alone for long periods, and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Tenants under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Only charcoal or briquette fires are permitted; wood fires are not allowed.
Linen is provided with a complimentary change for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional linen changes or cleaning services are available on request.
