Amazing, breathtaking, incredible and clean. We absolutely loved our stay at Die Blouhuisie, we stayed for 6 nights with our dog and family. The house is clean and has all the amenities you would need; there is even a milk frother and coffee capsule machine. We were so lucky to be blessed with the best weather for our stay and got to see so many wild flowers along the coastal nature walks. You should keep your dog on a leash during these walks if they are prone to chase wildlife as this place is in the middle of nature with wildlife all around you. We let our dog off the leash to run on the beach in front of the house; it is a wonderful, peaceful beach. Often we were the only ones on the beach. The home is so secure with an alarm to use when you leave the home to go and explore the area, not that you need it as the area is so safe, but it does add extra peace of mind knowing your valuables are kept safe. The hosts were so helpful and available anytime we needed anything. The main bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in on holiday, with views over the sea from your bed. We loved every second! Thank you.

Breathtaking views, well-equipped house, relaxing & memorable. We had the most incredible stay at Die Blouhuisie. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The house is beautifully equipped with everything you need, and the wood-fired hot tub was the cherry on top. We’ll definitely be back!

Ongelooflik lekker! Wow wow wow! Ons het so lekker gebly by die Blouhuisie. Hulle is so goed toegerus vir families. Daar is blokkies, strand speelgoed, bordspeletjies en legkaarte vir die kinders. Die kombuis het alles en meer wat jy nodig het, plus nog speserye, koffie, tee en suiker. Ons was van plan om 'n klomp goed in die omgewing te gaan doen, maar dit was so lekker by die huis, ons wou nooit weggaan nie! Die warmbad (hottub) wat uitkyk op die see is beslis die kersie op die koek. Ons sal enige tyd weer teruggaan na Die Blouhuisie!

Dear Kim, I am surprised by your harsh review. I was wondering how you managed to use all the crockery and pots and pans without washing anything over the weekend. No wonder you ran out. There are more than enough kitchen crockery and utensils for 8 people. Yes, the house is not brand new, but we just completed the new kitchen and you were the first guests to move into a spring cleaned house with the brand new kitchen. The house has new aluminium windows and folding doors. The roof has been done and the kitchen is brand new. Next on the list are the bathrooms; they are neat and clean as is. The house has new linen and towels as well. The location is next level and to add to that, the hot tub on the beachfront with the stars at night is unreal. Sorry if this is not to your liking. Our guests are normally very happy. The municipality has been to sort out the drain system; we did not know about the problem until you told us. Thanks for that, it has been sorted.

Dankie Fritz, Op die inligtingsblad staan wel dat daar 'n Espresso-masjien is, maar dis als reg. Ek wonder graag hoekom het jy 'n 1-resensie vir die ligging gegee? Was dit dalk 'n vingers fout?
