House Guidelines
We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space for all our guests. To ensure a consistently high standard, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are respected:

Authorized Guests Only
-Only confirmed guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional or unregistered guests may result in additional charges.

No Parties or Events
-This property is not suitable for parties or events. Any unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and additional fees.

Quiet Enjoyment
-Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.

Care of the Space
-We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment, furnishings, and linens with care.
Please avoid using towels or bedding for makeup removal or hair dye. Designated towels are provided for this purpose. Any staining or damage may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.

Check-Out Condition
-We appreciate guests leaving the space in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning requirements beyond the standard may incur an additional fee.

Keys and Access
-Please ensure all keys and access devices are returned at check-out. Replacement fees may apply if items are lost.

Damages
-Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged based on repair or replacement value.

Additional Charges
-Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges, depending on the severity of the issue, typically ranging from R500 to R3000.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house guidelines. Any violations may result in additional charges, formal claims or cancellation of the reservation without refund where necessary.
