Breakage Deposit

A housekeeper can be arranged at an additional charge per day by prior arrangement.
A copy of the house rules and relevant information is posted inside each room along with the Wi-Fi password.
Smoking indoors is prohibited as there are designated smoking areas.
The refundable breakage deposit will be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
Check-outs after 12:00 will result in a late check-out fee. Late check-outs are to be arranged.
