Fantastic. Upgraded my room with no extra cost and of their own accord. Very comfortable and peaceful stay. Highly recommend Goblin's Mead. Will be back.

A one-night stay over before returning to Varsity the following day. My stay was absolutely perfect. I'd highly recommend Goblin's Mead to anyone.

Bekostigbaar en goed geleë. Gasvrou is baie behulpsaam. Kamers in die huis laat klank deur en is soms steurend.

Goeie oornag vir besigheidstrip in die area. Die plekkie is skoon, maar wel redelik oud en kort opknapping. Die badkamer is mooi oorgedoen.

Satisfied with the room. Satisfied with the room and its privacy, except the kitchen was not clean in the morning, dirty dishes and no pot suitable to use.

Dear Christo, Thank you for your review and for your kind comments regarding the room and the privacy you experienced during your stay at Goblins Mead. We’re pleased that you were comfortable overall. We are however sorry that the communal kitchen was not as tidy as expected during the morning of your stay. As the kitchen and lounge areas are shared guest facilities, we do rely on guests to clean up after themselves between our scheduled servicing times. Unfortunately, if some guests do not do so late at night or early in the morning before staff arrive, the kitchen may occasionally not appear at its best. We do nevertheless appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience wherever possible. Everything you need. Great comfortable room, friendly staff, all the amenities needed, and close to the shops. I would definitely stay at Goblin's Mead again.

Excellent stay - some minor enhancements required. Safety and parking were excellent. The neighbourhood is very quiet, peaceful and ideal for relaxing. The establishment is within close proximity to shopping centres and main arterial routes. Overall, the stay was excellent and great value for money. The establishment could do better in ensuring more frequent towel changes, sweeping and cleaning, considering that it is an accommodation establishment and should be geared for the festive season and holidays.
