Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24-hour notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion. Please note that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In rare cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property manager upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
