Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R380.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R2,000.00 per booking

House Rules
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional per-guest cost for biometric registration. At least one Guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
The minimum levy will be R140. Any additional guests registering and utilising the biometric system will carry a further extra levy cost per Guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID/Passport in the family/group to be included.
