Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Booking Notice: At least 1 day's notice is required before arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out is by 10:00 or 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
Occupancy: A maximum of 6 guests (including children) are permitted to stay on the property. No overnight visitors are allowed unless approved.
Children: Children are welcome.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Accessibility: There is no wheelchair access.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, but is allowed outside.
Parties & Noise: No parties, events, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
Pool Area: Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, and no glassware is allowed in the pool area.
Kitchen & Cleaning: Please wash dishes or load the dishwasher before departure, and remove all leftover food from the fridge. Do not dispose of oils, food, or wipes down the drains and toilets. Place rubbish in the designated bins and leave the property reasonably tidy.
Safety & Eco-Friendly: Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. Switch off lights, air conditioning, heaters, and appliances when not in use.
Property Care: Please treat the property with care. Do not move furniture indoors or outdoors, and report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
Prohibited Activities: Illegal substances, commercial filming/shoots, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
