A great value-for-money stay in a tasteful and well-located unit. The property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the Durbanville wine farms. The unit has all amenities available to make it a 5-star stay. Our host was friendly, very hospitable and helpful.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure that I had a magical stay. It's not often that you encounter such genuine hospitality! The condition and cleanliness of the property were simply out of this world. Every corner was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail had gone into maintaining the space. The property is fully equipped with everything you need, making it an ideal choice for both short-term and long-term stays. Honestly, it really does feel like home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Lovely stay. It was definitely a home away from home - the apartment has everything you could possibly need and was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The hosts were welcoming and communicated well, and the housekeeper was friendly and efficient. The property is also very secure and well located in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. The only disappointment (and reason for lower ratings in value and customer service) was that the swimming pool was green for the entire two weeks we were there. Coming from a cold UK winter, the pool was a priority for us and a key reason for choosing the property. Similarly appointed properties without a pool cost several hundred Rands less. Having had a pool in South Africa ourselves for many years, we completely understood why the pool was green on arrival - a thunderstorm a couple of days prior. But we also know from experience that this could have been remedied within 5 days, maximum. Even if we'd only had use of the pool for one week, we'd have been very happy and our stay would have been perfect.

I would highly recommend Home Away From Home for its comfort, beauty, and safety. The place was beautifully designed and very clean, safe, and comfortable. Checking in and checking out were simple. The owners were friendly and gracious. I stayed for 14 nights and would love to go back.

Absolutely fantastic. I was sad to leave. The name 'Home away from home' is truly justified. The accommodation was exceptional. Everything was perfect and cannot wait to visit again. If I had to give a score out of 10 it would be 12/10. Amazing experience in every way. Suat truly thinks of everything down to the smallest detail of what you want and might need. I highly recommend it to anyone.
