Karoogasvryheid op sy beste! Die skoonste en netste plekkie ooit. Volledig toegerus en 'n moet om te beleef, word sterk aanbeveel. Gasvrou en gasheer, twee ongelooflike mense om te ervaar. Besoek Karoo Stilte!

Our stay was brief but felt deeply nourishing. We had a fantastic stay at Karoo Stilte. Tania and Caryl were great hosts, giving us lots of pointers on how to best enjoy the farm and its beautiful surroundings. In our short stay, we learnt a lot about farm life in the Karoo. The cottage had everything we needed, and the delicious banana bread Tania made for us was enjoyed by all. The plunge pool was a perfect spot to cool down and enjoy the sunset over the Karoo. Our highlights were the 7 km hike through the kloof in the early morning, an epic scenic drive towards Fraserburg bordering the Karoo National Park with lots of animals and birdlife sightings.

Die stilte was vir ons die beste. Baie aandag aan detail in terme van gerief. Die stilte en vrede van die Karoo is absoluut die beste.

The rest we needed. Very nice and quiet. Perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a while. Nice walks on the sheep farm where you occasionally see some springbok and other buck.

One of the best accommodations we've stayed in yet. If you want a relaxed, quiet stay in some breathtaking natural beauty, this one's for you. It's a small cottage that had everything you need and more. Our host is very friendly and beyond helpful. We drank sundowners in the swimming pool and watched the sun go down over the Karoo mountain, it was extremely romantic! We spent only one night there, which was a shame because we really did not want to leave. Next time, and yes, there will be a next time for sure, we will stay there much longer. We definitely recommend Karoo Stilte!
