Khayamanzi Guesthouse is located in the heart of the Magaliesberg region and is less than an hour's drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria.Situated in the dazzling Magaliesberg mountain range, lies the charming village of Hartbeespoort surrounding Hartbeespoort Dam. The area is extremely popular with nature lovers, adventure seekers, and city dwellers wanting to get away from the bright city lights and rest in peaceful surroundings.
Accommodation comprises of 10 spacious en-suite Standard Double Rooms, each individually decorated in its own style, with 100% pure cotton bedding linens. Each room is furnished with a queen-size bed except for 3 rooms that have king-size beds. Some rooms can be configured with twin beds. There is also 1 self-catering unit which has a separate well-equipped kitchen and a separate living room.
With separate entrances, in-room safes and back-to-base security, guests can be assured of a peaceful nights rest. Other in-room amenities include TVs with selected DStv channels, free Wi-Fi Internet access, a mini fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There are braai facilities for all rooms and plenty of secure on-site parking. Stunning views of the Magaliesberg Mountains can be seen from the rooms and pool area.
We also offer in-room massage treatments such as Hot Stone and Swedish full body massages by fully qualified, experienced therapists. Car hire, airport transfers, and tours can be arranged by the staff.
The Hartbeespoort Dam area offers incredible outdoor recreation such as abseiling, rock-climbing, hiking, picnicking, fishing and sailing at the dam. Visit the Cradle of Humankind, a World Heritage Site which includes the Sterkfontein Caves and the Maropeng Visitor Centre.
Other nearby attractions include the De Wildt Cheetah Centre, Elephant Sanctuary, Chameleon Village Flea Market, Aerial Cableway, Sun City and Pilanesberg National Park, Lesedi Cultural Village and numerous golf courses and day spas.
O.R. Tambo International Airport is an hours’ drive and Lanseria International Airport just 30 minutes away. The area offers a variety of accommodations, splendid restaurants, art and craft stalls and a vibrant nightlife.
