House Rules
Gravel road leads to the accommodation. Guests must enquire about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
Smoking is not allowed in the units or on hiking/4×4 routes; only in designated outside areas.
Loud music, parties, noise, or functions are not allowed. Low noise policy from 10 pm around the campsite.
Sections of the accommodation accessed via stairs may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Well-behaved pets are allowed in cottages with prior arrangement and an extra fee. Penalty fees apply for damage caused by pets.
Pets are strictly not permitted at the campsite.
Minors are the responsibility of parents/guardians; those under 16 may not participate in outdoor/water activities without adult supervision.
Firearms are not permitted on the premises.
Guests must not pick fruit without checking chemical withholding periods.
Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to the property or livestock.
Pets live on the property.
Hiking and 4×4 trails are shared between guests.
Kromrivier Farm does not accept liability for loss, injury, accident, or damage to guests or their possessions.
Outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, swimming, 4×4) are at guests’ own risk.
Guests indemnify Kromrivier Farm for risks from wildlife (snakes, spiders, wild animals).
Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
Guests may suggest that social media content tagged with Kromrivier Farm can be used for marketing purposes without compensation.
Kromrivier Farm reserves the right of admission and may remove guests not following rules.
