Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Not wheel-chair friendly.
- There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 2 people sharing in this open-plan studio, are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- This property isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this property. The owners and property management company will not be held responsible or liable in any way, for any incidents or accidents on the property.
- Please bring your own baby high chair and camp cot with, as well as own supply of bedding for the camp cot, and towels.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise Policy: No Loud Noise at Any Time of Day – this property is located in a residential area. We kindly request that loud music, parties, or any excessive noise be avoided at all times. Our aim is to provide a sanctuary for relaxation. Guests found in violation of this noise policy may be asked to vacate the property without a refund. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in preserving a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests and neighbours alike. No loud music or noise after 22h00 will be tolerated.
- Beach access: You can access the beach via a public boardwalk within walking distance from the house, however, do not the boardwalk has a lot of stairs and is steep.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- This apartment is shared with 2 other units: a 4-bedroomed villa occupying the top-level of this double storey property as well as a 2-bedroomed apartment also on the ground-level, but on the opposite side of the property. Each unit has their own private entrance but can be opened up with interleading doors, if units are booked together.
