Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
An additional cleaning fee of R500 will be charged should the villa not be left in a presentable condition.
The refundable breakage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. This covers any damage that occurs during your stay. The cash will be handed back to the guest at check out if there is no damage.
Once the villa is booked the owner will email a contract which is to be signed and emailed back along with an ID/Passport copy.
A minimum of 2 small/medium pets are allowed at a rate of R600 per pet per stay. This is an additional cost to be paid directly to the owner/management.
