House Rules
Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.
Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.
Locked cupboards are for personal items of owners.
Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether restrictions are being enforced.
Please only clean fish in the designated area and clean up the area after use.
No smoking allowed.
Doors to all patios must be kept closed in high winds or when unattended.
Please do not lean against or stand on railings of top patio deck.
Private mooring nr 4 is on the right side as you look at the river.
Refuse removal is on Monday and in season also on Friday. Bags must be securely closed and placed in the courtyard black bin.
Quiet time is 22:00 and 06:00. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.
Pets must be walked on leashes at all times and never left alone in the house.
Please remove dog poop around the house - it can be placed in refuse bags outside.
On departure, please ensure that the premises are generally tidy, with all dishes washed and refuge in the courtyard bin.
Please close all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Please advise us of departure time, even if we do not need to collect a key, as we have to visit premises to close water, gas, etc.
