House Rules
Villa 27 is part of the Leisurebay Villas private development, also located within the TO Strand Resort.
The Leisurebay Villa Body Corporate and TO Strand Resort each have their own booking application, vehicle permit application, and code of conduct.
Once your booking is completed, you will automatically receive the Leisurebay Villa 27 booking application, vehicle permit application, and code of conduct. The validity of your overall booking is subject to the signed submission of your Leisurebay Villas application forms and signed code of conduct.
The villa has a prepaid electricity meter, which will be loaded with 100 units on arrival. Guests will need to top up the electricity themselves once those units are depleted.
The on-site restaurant and bar are subject to availability, and guests must book in advance.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Only guide and therapy dogs are permitted.
Access to the resort facilities, holiday program, and events is subject to the agreement that all Villa 27 guests and visitors adhere to the Leisurebay Villas Body Corporate, TO Strand Resort, and Villa 27 code of conduct and regulations. If guests do not comply with the code of conduct, the owners of Villa 27, Leisurebay Villas Body Corporate, or TO Strand Resort may prevent guests from remaining on the Leisurebay Villas development or resort grounds and may even require guests and visitors to leave the property without prior notice.
Under no circumstances may there be more than 8 guests on the booking form or at Villa 27. This includes children of all ages.
Absolute quiet must be maintained after 10:00 PM.
No music may be played from vehicles.
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times at the resort and on the facilities.
No open fires are allowed at Villa 27 or outside the designated braai areas.
Guests may not smoke inside the villa.
Guests may only park in the designated areas and not on the main road or near neighboring units.
No drones, motorcycles, golf carts, or motorized scooters may be used during the stay.
All bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
