House Rules
Guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet and residential nature of the complex. Loud music, disruptive behaviour, and parties are strictly prohibited, particularly during quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. To avoid disturbing other residents, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.
Parking is only permitted in clearly marked bays. Garages and access ways must remain unobstructed at all times.
The complex has a recycling system in place. Clean plastic, paper, glass, and tins must be placed in the designated recycling bin outside the back door. General rubbish should be bagged and taken to the refuse room near the complex entrance.
White towels provided in the unit are for indoor use only and may not be taken to the beach or swimming pool.
Guests are welcome to use the communal swimming pool but must adhere to all posted rules and show consideration for other residents.
The built-in braai on the patio is available for guest use. Kindly clean it after each use.
Pets, events, and commercial gatherings are not permitted. Bookings related to matric "Rage" celebrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a tidy condition and to treat the space with care and respect throughout their stay.
