House Rules
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
No parties or loud noise, as the property is in a residential area.
Guests may book individual rooms or the entire house (all 6 rooms) for a family stay.
When booking 1 or 2 rooms, guests share communal spaces with others:
Access to the large communal pool and garden with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Fully equipped communal kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink, cutlery, and crockery).
Communal lounge with Smart TV (each room also has its own Smart TV).
Communal dining area for meals.
The house is double-story; the owners reside on the top level.
Guests have access to all common areas except rooms booked by others. Booking additional rooms gives full access to the entire house.
The owners are Christians and ask that guests respect their faith, as the owners respect theirs.
The property runs on a solar-only system; guests should switch off lights when leaving and avoid high-power appliances such as heaters or hair dryers.
Baboons and monkeys may visit; guests should keep windows and doors closed when leaving and store food securely.
Guests should check that the gas hob lights with a steady blue flame and that hot water is available before use.
