For stays longer than one week, a courtesy mid-stay cleaning service is provided. Additional cleaning and/or linen services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, if required.
Please be aware that, being centrally located, the apartment is exposed to the general noise and activity of the city throughout the day. The property is also within close proximity to the city’s most popular nightlife street, which may contribute to additional noise.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
