New Beginnings can accommodate 8 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests, across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a combination of a double bed and a single bed, making them suitable for families or groups. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dining table. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, and Wi-Fi access is available. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities is provided, along with ample parking on the premises.

The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests comfortably, with an absolute maximum capacity of 10 guests. No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval.
Parties, events, loud music, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Parking is available at guests’ own risk.
Guests are welcome to make use of the braai facilities. Fires may not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use.
Furniture may not be moved between rooms, and indoor furniture, bedding, or house towels may not be taken outside or to the beach.
Guests are requested to report any breakages, damages, or maintenance concerns as soon as possible.
Guests may be held liable for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure.
Lights and appliances should be switched off when not in use.
Guests are requested to lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property.
Guests may not tamper with the Wi-Fi equipment, electrical boards, geysers, appliances, alarms, locks, or any private or restricted cupboards.
Before departure, guests are requested to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked, lights and appliances are switched off, and keys and remotes are returned as instructed.
