Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Our on-site housekeeper/ security guard will meet you for key handover on arrival and collect keys on departure.

Early check-in/late check-out: We will gladly accommodate requests where possible at the Owner/ Manager's discretion. During peak periods, priority will be given to preparing for incoming guests.

A refundable security deposit of R2,000.00 is required before check-in.

Payment must reflect in our nominated bank account before access to the property is allowed.

On departure, please provide a bank confirmation letter for refund purposes. Refunds are processed after a property inspection confirms no damage, breakages, or loss.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

No 3rd party bookings (except verified corporate bookings).

Strictly no pets.

Strictly no parties or events are permitted.

Noise levels must remain considerate of neighbours at all times.

The main booker must provide a copy of ID before check-in.

Guests must leave the property in a reasonable condition. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

Housekeeping: Complimentary cleaning every 4th day. Extra cleaning services are available on request at an additional cost per day.

Washing Machine: Available for guests staying for more than 4 nights. Please supply machine-suitable detergent only. Do not use Domestos/Jik/bleach on towels or linen — damaged items will be charged for.
The housekeeper will be assisting with operating the washing machine.

Stocked Essentials: Towels, bed linen, hand & body wash, shampoo, tea, coffee, powdered milk, and bottled water are provided.

Upon check-in, ensure all plugs and the geyser are switched on again.

On check-out, please switch them off before leaving.

Secure parking is available onsite. No reservation is required.

If you notice any defects or damage in the home, please report them immediately so that we can attend to them promptly.
